The Paris Writer's Group, now in its eighth year, welcomes all writers, regardless of genre: fiction, poetry, theatre, journalism, essay, criticism, dreams, musical lyrics - as well as translators of any and all of the above. Our membership is international, and includes writers from all over the world. The meetings are a place to bring your writing, and give and receive constructive feedback.
If you love reading, live in Paris, but don't feel up to discussing the finer points of Proust in French, welcome to an English-speaking book club. We'll meet once a month to discuss the nominated book and our recent reads. The chosen books might be by a classic French author, or might feature France or Paris heavily within the book, or might be just chosen by the group members... Paris Lit Up is an open community dedicated to the International literary scene in Paris. Walk Insolite is about discovering long-ago Paris. I love exploring cities. I love walking & learning about our shared histories through buildings and streets and people. My "walk insolite" is a creative exploration--a fictional invention that takes you into a story I've written especially for a particular neighbourhood.
